Doug Deno
Secretary & Treasurer/Agricultural Nutrients Sales Manager

Doug Deno began his career with the Wilson Companies in 1982 as part of the South Newton High School Work Cooperative program. He utilized his skills restoring and maintaining vehicles to repair, rebuild and maintain the fertilizer division’s fleet of vehicles. From that humble beginning Doug tirelessly learned every aspect of the retail fertilizer business and in 1994 was promoted to General Manager of the Brook and Kentland, Indiana locations.

In 2009 Doug moved to Wilson Industrial Sales where his primary focus is marketing and expanding sales of co-products, as well as virgin materials to agriculture and industry. His focus is fitting the specific needs of the customer as well as the generator of co-product materials.

Doug attended Purdue and Iowa State University courses in Agronomy and Accounting, holds a certified applicator license and received his CCA certification from the State of Indiana.

Jeff Cooley
Account Manager Agricultural Nutrients

Jeff joined Wilson Industrial Sales in 1997 coming from Terra Industries and IMC/Agrico where he gained experience in sales and sales management.

Jeff’s primary focus is managing and marketing Ammonium Sulfate and expanding markets. Jeff has a special interest in agriculture, excellent territory knowledge and solid contacts that aid in creating strong and lasting customer relationships.

Jeff is a 1987 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Sales and Marketing.

Jacob Heeren
Account Manager Agricultural Nutrients

Jake joined Wilson Industrial Sales in 2019 coming from FMG Ag Solutions where he was a Retail Market Manager in Eastern Illinois. Prior to working at FMC, Jake held territory management roles in the seed industry and began his career in retail fertilizer and chemical sales.

Jake grew up on a farm in Eastern Illinois. Jake has a passion for agriculture and is always looking to expand his network and promote the agriculture industry. Jake served in the Soybean Ambassador Leadership Program through the Illinois Soybean Association in 2019-20 where he had the opportunity to gain leadership experience and get a global perspective on the soybean and agriculture industry. Jake is a 2002 graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a degree in Ag Business.
